Remove doc/ from version control

doc/(IMPROVEMENTS.md, NH_INTEGRATION.md)는 로컬 전용 메모라 원격 저장소에는
올리지 않기로 함. git 추적에서 제외하고 .gitignore에 추가(로컬 파일은 유지).
