Remove example*.py from version control (leaked API keys)

example_async_kiwoom.py / example_async_v1.py / example_v1.py에 실제
APP_KEY/APP_SECRET 값이 하드코딩되어 있던 것을 뒤늦게 발견. 정리 후 다시
올릴 예정이라 우선 git 추적에서 제외(로컬 파일은 유지). 이어서 과거
히스토리에서도 완전히 제거함.
